I have a sears kenmore dryer 110.86880100 the heating element was broke I replaced with new element then the element will not go off always running replaced all the thermostats and element will still not turn off what could it be the timer not much left on part replacement

It could be the timer, but pull the element and make sure the coils are not contacting the housing and creating a circuit path of their own. This would cause the element to always run and not cycle on the thermostat.
