Default Schematic help please

Can you read a schematic? Like a challenge? This is a real puzzler and I am stumped.
I am seeking help troubleshooting a dryer. It happens to be a Maytag but the questions are generic.
Here is the schematic:

This dryer works except for 2 symptoms:
1. The timer motor does not turn. Once started, it keeps drying. In all 3 modes, Timer and 2 Automatic Dry modes.
2. Electronic Dryness Sensor does not "light up".
*Not sure if the chime works.
Everything else operates as expected: heat, door switch, interior light, temp switch, drive motor, igniter, pull to start.
With a multimeter, I have determined:
1. Dryness sensor is grounded, and getting 120V from BU19.
2. 120V at OR14 and BU34 from the timer.
3. PK15, PK 45, and BR15 are intact end to end.
The Timer and the Electronic Dry Control are new. Thanks in advance,
Morty

Well...by my reading, you should have a neutral at BU 34, not 120. I wouldn't worry about the 120 reading, it's an illusion which is hiding the real problem.

What I believe is happening here is you're losing the neutral which comes via the switch contacts 5 and 6 on the motor. You appear to be electrically capable from what I see here - I'd try rigging up a temporary neutral to BU34 or terminal 4 on the Intellidry board, I reckon that should get things moving.

All I can say is, Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain, LOL.
Thanks for your reply. However, I just noticed something that appears very odd. BR15, from terminal 5 of the Electronic Dry Control, appears to dead-end at the connector where it meets the timer. In other words, the receptacle on the timer has no corresponding male pin to meet BR15. Is there some device missing between BR15 and PK45?

For pictures of the connection, see

Ah...there are two different versions of the timer, dependent on your serial number, which is........? I suspect you have the wrong timer.
