Absolutely unique and one of a kind the new Next-RO Point-of-Use Pure Drinking Water System has lived up to the substantial product claims at NEXT-RO.com. I own a NEXT-RO Engine which I use for product demonstrations at our health and wellness store.
I have been impressed with the design and construction of the injection molded manifold which eliminates the tubing and fittings between filter housings in traditional reverse osmosis water system designs. Next-RO meets it's claim of refilling the 1 1/2 gallon reservoir ball with pure RO (reverse osmosis) water in about 35 minutes. Mine finishes filling in about 36 minutes each time after I empty it completely.
Most traditional household RO systems run refilling for about 4-6 hours against a steel storage tank's back pressure to produce 1/1/2 gallons of RO water. The zero-back pressure design improvement is in the profound and novel Next-RO Engine- the automatic back flushing valve. The bulky steel water storage pressure tank is no longer required and as a result refill times are much, much shorter with Next-RO.
The Next-RO Engine sits on the counter top or under the sink and can be connected directly to coffeemakers and other appliances and may still be used as a direct fill faucet. Coffee, tea, herbal blends, ice cubes are all noticeably better when prepared with pure water from my Next-RO Engine.
The term "Engine", from the NEXT-RO logo, I believe, refers to the special automatic back flushing valve that allows the magic to happen in this unique design without using a pressure tank or electric pump. The control valve opens and fills the storage vessel with purified water that has gone through a carbon pre-filter, an RO membrane and another special carbon post-filter.

Once filled, and this is the best part of all, the control valve reverses automatically and back flushes some pure RO water through the three quick-change filters, thus the Next-RO filters and membrane sit in pure RO water 24/7. Old style reverse osmosis drinking water systems, by design, have their filters and RO membranes sitting in raw feed water 24/7, day in day out, and do not back flush. Whatever is in the feed water will diffuse over time into the filters and RO membrane. This situation contributes to shorter filter lifetimes and impacts overall system effectiveness.
With regards to performance, the water produced by my new Next-RO Engine tastes great and is crystal clear of course. I did test for dissolved solids removal by using a simple TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter. My household water test indicated 350 ppm of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and my new NEXT-RO system brought that down to 17 ppm. I felt that was pretty good and besides it makes such glass clear ice cubes and superior herbal teas that I shall not miss going to the store for bottled water.

And, as for the folks who proclaim loudly that drinking water without minerals is bad for you, they may want to stop and consider a little thing called RAIN. People have been collecting and drinking rain water for centuries. I believe that if you are counting on your water for your daily minerals and not your diet, that there are better approaches to consider. If you are looking for the best contaminant free drinking water Next-RO is a solid find. Reverse Osmosis water is in most plastic bottled water sold in stores. NEXT-RO gives you complete control of your drinking water without having to buy expensive bottled water. NEXT-RO The Future of Un-bottled Water is an apt and fitting tag line for this breakthrough water purifier system.

Greetings,

I have already used multiple posts in this forum to help me. Thank you for this. I have attached a picture which explains it all. Here are my questions and thoughts. This fridge is at least 5 years old. It came with the house I bought. I have had the house for 5 years and I have a feeling this fridge is possibly over ten years. The problem is that the refrigerator was not cooling but the freezer was. My condenser coil was beyond dirty, both fans are working, the compressor does not make any noises and I think that it is fine. That is a guess at this point. I took a look at my coils and one third of them are covered rock solid with ice (see picture). The other two thirds had a small amount of frost (2 cm thick) on it that you could brush away with your finger. The ice maker is not leaking. I do have this small problem with my doors in that unless I push hard on both of them, I think I might not have the best seal. The seal is fine as long as I deliberately push on them. I also turned up both temperature control knobs (for freezer and fridge) when the fridge stopped cooling well. So, what do I do now?

1. Can I melt the block of ice, turn fridge back on and hope that the problem was a combination of turning up the temperature control knobs to the max, the very very dirty condenser and/or the seal on the door was not good (it therefore let moisture in)? This in in hopes that I get rid of the ice and the fridge functions normally again?

2. Should I call a repair man?

3. Is there some things I can check on the compressor? Should I check the relay on the compressor?

4. Should I check the defrost control or the temperature control knobs?

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction.

agitator doesn't work but spin cycle works. Washer fills the water as usual and stops. The controller knob does not turn. Even if I turn it manually agitator cycle does not work. But once the knob is moved to spin cycle it works fine. (knob turns and, spinner and draining work)
Removed the front panel and checked belts, they looks ok. Drum can be turned by hand.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

It seems that the time on the digital clock/control panel display is slowing down. Every 2 weeks, when I compare the clock on the range with that of the oven, the clock on the range goes behind a minute.

The only thing that I can think of is the clock uses a watch battery or button cell battery.

This does not make sense. Why not use the 120V AC electrical power.
There is nothing in the tech info booklet that came with the range.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good morn. My frig hardly ever brings temp below 50 degrees even with temp selector on coldest setting. I vacuumed out all the dust from behind front grill, including coils, and also the back using the vacuum crevice attachment. The temp dropped to 40 overnight, but as soon as you open the frig door, the temp quickly starts heading back upwards. The fan in the back never shuts off and throws off some pretty warm air. I currently have the frig pulled out from the wall to see if ventilation is part of the issue. The freezer stays very cold and there are no problems with temp. It's the refrigerator that warms up quickly and is very hard to keep cold. Currently I moved both temp settings this morning for frig and freezer to their coldest settings. I keep the house thermostat on 78-80 to save on air cond/electricity costs. I do not know why the frig struggles to stay below 50 with ordinary opening and closing during the day. Can you help with some suggestions on how to diagnose the problem ? Thank you.

I'm having some problems with this washer, for some reason it doesn't seem to be filling all the way which causes it to make noise.. So as a temporary fix I have been adding a pot of water for both rinse cycles. After doing some research online I discovered this is actually a whirlpool diswasher and I tried to find the service manual, but I'm not sure if this is a direct drive or belt so i'm stuck. Does anyone know what to do about the washer not filling?

Hi Guys,

My 15 month old Whirlpool top freezer fridge suddenly stopped "blowing" air. It's still cold in there, but now there's no air blowing out of the vents in the freezer. If I listen closely I can hear the compressor running. Does the compressor fan supply this air to the freezer, or is there a circulation fan? I looked around back, and the evap fan is running, but there appear to be no other fans.

Thanks.
