Hy, I'm Damir from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bihac city.

The problem that I have is Ceran plate. After some time they hear the relays and then come error E8. The device was developed for the Swiss market. We are an authorized Electrolux service but we have no information about this device. What could be a error 8? All voltages are ok.

Thanks

Hello, i have just bought a new circular heating element for my fan oven. The element coils ( its a double coil) are seperated at the bottom by a small bracket attached to the oven, but where the two coils go in at the top they are actually touching. Ive checked out other new elements on ebay and lots of them come without brackets to hold the 2 coils apart and appear to touch

My question is this. Is it totally normal and safe for the 2 coils to touch or should i get a bracket to separate them completely?

Ive posted a pic to explain

Thank you for your time :-)<img src="http://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/attachments/ranges-ovens/10682d1369320779t-element-coil-touching-please-heeelllpp-coil.jpg" border="0" alt="Click image for larger version.
