Default Frididaire side x side -- Icemaker leaking

My Frigidaire's icemaker recently started leaking, and now that I have replaced the 3-solenoid valve pack & the icemaker itself, I notice that the cause of the leaking is the water dispenser in the door. Anyone have any idea how getting water from the door dispenser causes water to also go to the icemaker causing it to overflow? Water sometimes also leaks from the dispenser in the door on its own.
Thanks

Most likely you have the diodes in the wiring harness to the water valve, when these go out it will feed both sides of the valve at the same time when either of them activate....need the complete model number to try and pull up a wiring diagram to see if your frig has these, sounds like it does..
