Default model PLD2850RDC2

My 2 yr old frigidaire dishwasher recently began 'ejecting' the 3rd level (upper) spray arm at the beginning of each new wash cycle. The part that comes off is just the spray arm, not the entire gasket assembly that screws onto the water delivery tube, so i know the threads are not stripped.

When I unscrew the larger gasket assembly from the roof of the dishwasher in order to snap the spray arm back on (there are no visible signs of anything broken off it), there is a small round white plastic gasket inside the larger assembly that apparently holds the spray arm on yet allows it to rotate/spin freely with the force of the water. I can snap the spray arm back onto that, and it stays attached while I screw the whole thing back on, but is quite loose (i.e. I could pull the screw arm back off with barely a nudge).

I can't tell from the part manual available on the frigidaire website whether i am missing something that fits inside the gasket to hold the spray arm on more effectively, but i must be - the spray arm only started to come off within the last month, and only in the past week has it come off during every cycle.

Please help - is there more to this gasket than what I see? I'd like to order the replacement part(s) but want to confirm what I should have before I do so, and cannot find it illustrated/explained very well anywhere.

Thanks - that's exactly the same parts diagram that i have access to from the frigidaire website (mentioned in my original post).

What i cannot determine from that diagram is whether 32A is the part that i am missing - is that supposed to be a rubber/plastic washer that fits inside the screw threads?

Here's that #32A gasket, its rubber:
Manufacturer's Number: 154406401

Yes, it goes on first before the threads in #32, then #32 and #32A pushes into the tub together, so that gasket seals from top of the outside of the tub, then 24B screws it in place.
