    They both open fine for me, just give it a little time to download.

    Those .pdf links have been up for over 3 yrs. and you are the only person to say the links don't work, I have verified they do work, what .pdf reader are you using?

    What browser are you using? try another browser.

    Right click on them and click "save target as", and it will download them to your hard drive then open them.
