Unhappy Frigidaire Crown Series FDEB23RGS2 Dryer Won't Start

Crown Series FDEB23RGS2 Dryer Won't Start. Totally dead.
Checked the breaker and power..its ok
Opened back panel and there is the starter switch and timer. The wires do not looked charred or broken. What is most likely the best thing to try to replace first?

Default 134120900

It's most likley the thermal limiter. Part number 134120900. To access it you will have to lift the top of the dryer up and it's located by the terminal block (where the cord connects). If you don't have a meter to test it, take the two wires off and short them together. Then see if the dryer works. If it does, replace the limiter.DO NOT LEAVE IT THAT WAY!

Just tried shorting them together. Did not work. I also tried shorting out the door switch with no success. I'm going to go get a tester and double check for power at the outlet. In the meantime, please let me know what other items to check. Thanks for your input.

Yes, check for power at the outlet. It could also be the start switch looking at the wiring diagram.

If I am good with power at the wall. Can I short out the start switch to check it or does that work differently than a normal on/off switch?

If there only two wires on the start switch, you can short them together momentarily until the motor starts then separate them.

Fixed! It was the power. I have double breakers in the panel box for this circuit which was ok, but I found another box in line that has two 30A fuses! I replaced the fuses and she's working. Old home with a double protected circuit! I just wonder now why the fuses blew in the first place. They looked like they were not blown, but I guess they were. I'll have to wait and see. Thank you for the education on part of the elctical system on a dryer. Much appreciated.
