THUNDER BOLT is on a distinguished road
Default [FIXED] Frigidaire dryer won't get hot

My 2 year old Frigidaire electric dryer will tumble but won't heat. I get EA4 as a code. I checked and reset the house circuit breaker, and checked the vent for blockage, still nothing. It's model # AEQB7000EP0
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Matt

Ok Matt, you will need to unplug or turn the breaker off to your dryer, then take it apart, this link will show you how:

Then look at your element, you may see a broken element wire.

If a broken heating element wire isn't obvious, You would need a volt/ohm meter to diagnose it:

Here's the heating element assembly for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 131553900
