Default [FIXED] Frigidaire Ice Maker #IM115

I just put in a Frigidaire IM115 Ice maker in my Mom new frigidaire frig/freezer. It seems to work but the Ice maker makes ice very slow. I installed it on Tuesday 6-9-2009 and on Thursday 6-11-2009 I checked it and I only have a half bin of ice. Is this normal for this model of ice maker? Because I have a #M1 maker at my house and it will make a bin of ice in 1 day. Anyone else have this problem or steer me in the right direction?

Whats the model# of your refrigerator? Its located inside the refrigerator section on the upper walls or ceiling.

I'll verify if you have the correct Ice Maker for your model#.

Also set the freezer temperature setting to the coldest setting for maximum ice maker production.

Jake
I do know the ice maker is the right one it has "use Model IM115" on the data plate. I will turn up the temp control and see what happens.

The ice maker seems to be working fine not that my mom has moved into her house and has a "load" on the frig and the frig is cycling on and off due to use. Thanks for the help.
