Default Frigidaire FRS20QRC

My fridge is getting too cold.
Ice cream in the freezer is rock hard and liquids in the fridge side are freezing, both are on the lowest setting. Model number is FRS20QRC.
I recently cleaned the the dust off of the compressor and any of the coils that I could reach. This was a sudden occurance, not gradual.
Any ideas?
