Default Stop Cooling

I have a frigidaire Model FRT17G4BW0 that just stopped cooling, the compressor is running. The coils on the back are not warm. The fan in the freezer is blowing but it's not cold.

Hi Tag,

Always take the back panel off from inside the freezer to check the evaporator coils when the compressor is running but not cooling. If you don't see a good frost pattern(thin layer of frost) on ALL the coils, thats a sign its a sealed system/compressor problem.

How old is this refrigerator?

Ok, then its a sealed system/compressor issue.

Did you go to a customers house to diagnose this, or do you pick them up and take them in to your shop?
