Default Frigidaire model FFU17C3AW1 not very cold

Hi Jake-
I have a Frigidaire freezer model #FFU17C3AW1 I bought in 2002. I is not freezing as well as it used too. The top shelf is all frosted up. The bottom two are clean. The items on the door are not frozen. The item on the top shelf are still frozen. However, if I put something not frozen on the top shelf it will not freeze all the way. The compressor? on the back are very hot. No dust. The temperature is set as cold as possible. What do you think? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rick
