Default PLD2850RDC upper rack

Even being careful, we continually pull the upper rack slide off of the tub mounted rollers. The slide does not appear to be bent or damaged in any way. The rollers are sloppy, but they have always been. Unit is 3 years old but we have had this problem almost since the beginning. By default, it would seem like a roller problem but before I ordered them I wanted some experience. Thanks!

Hi,

Make sure the upper rack rollers are tight mounted to the inside tub, the rollers are #5 here, the roller screws are #6:

On some models there are support clips on the other side of the tub that the screws screw into, so if the screws seem not to tighten from the inside of the tub, you will have to pull your dishwasher out and hold the support clips while tightening the screws from the inside of the tub.

Let me know what you find.

Jake

Jake
Thanks for the prompt reply! Unfortunately, the screws are very tight as this was the first thing that I tried to do. Like I said, the rollers are very wobbly on the screws but that have been that way at least a couple of years so I presumed that they were designed that way.
