our frigidaire pro. series model #pld2855rfco has a problem with the dishes drying. The local repair and sales place where we purchased it said it was because the rinse aid was not used all the time. Seemed odd but we have to hand dry everything. Is this possibly true and if it is what can we do. The rinse aid does not make a difference. thank you.

If you open the door during the dry cycle, can you feel any heat coming from the heating element in the bottom of the tub?
Rinse aid is important to use for proper drying yes, also your hot water coming into the dishwasher should be about 120-130 degrees for proper drying as well. Jake
