RuntPacket is on a distinguished road
Default LTF2140ES Code 59

That is if I'm reading the code correctly I get all vertical LEDS that flash 5 times then the start led flashes 9 times. TD sheet says code 59 is No tacho signal for 3 seconds.

Motor Spins with belt off
Tub Spins by hand.

Troubleshooting says to; Measure windings Pin 1 to 2, 1 to 3 and pin 2 to 3. 4-6 ohms if correct replace speed control board. if not check resistance between pins 4 & 5 (If not 105 to 130ohms replace motor).

They say a picture speaks a thousand words anyone want to show me how I would measure these?

Also I can't find a Speed Control Board listed in parts but I do see Control board, motor is this the same item? Which usally fails 1st the motor or the board?

Just realized the extended warranty I bought with this is still active. Time to let someone else do the heavy lifting. Thanks

Quick update.
1st they replaced the pump (which I knew worked fine from the diagnostic testing.)
then they replaced the control panel.
and lastly the Motor speed control.

Just ran the 1st test load and it's shaking it's butt off. Guess what now? that's right the 2 shock absorbers are broke. Calling them tomorrow for those. So far in parts costs they could have replaced the whole unit. So far this extended warranty from lowes has more than paid for it self (1 control panel and heater elment on the dryer).

Yes, sounds like your getting your money's worth and then some for the extended warranty you purchased.

Here's the shock absorber for your model:
Manufacturer part number 134560410 is RepairClinic item number 1472918

Let us know how it goes.
