Default Frigidaire dryer blowing no heat

I received a code of E68 when using the instructions on the dryer tech data sheet. I than proceeded w/ the FUNCTION TEST SEQUENCE and all the buttons and lights and digital displays check out accordingly. But my thermistor reading never goes above 68 degrees. Any suggestions
Thanks,
Scott

It is a frigidaire front load dryer...Model # GLEQ2152ES0
About 4 years old and cleaned regularly

E68 - Push button does not function
Cause:
Push button held too long or wedged in the control panel.

Solution:
Press buttons lightly and release.
Disengage button.

Try doing that first if the error code still shows up, then you'll likely need a new control board assembly.

Here's the one for your model:
Manufacturer part#134523200 is RepairClinic item#1154933

Just received control panel and installed. I still am not getting any heat. It has been running for 30 minutes now. I am not receiving any error codes either. Any suggestions?

Did you test the voltage going into the dryer where the power cord connects to it at the terminal block? You should get 240 volts accross both the outer 2 terminals.

I've seen dryer run and not heat, thus only getting 120 volts to make the motor run but not 240 to make the element heat.

If your getting 240 volts then you will need to unplug or turn the breaker off to your dryer, then take it apart, this link will show you how:
White-West, Frigidaire repair info, how does the dryer come apart, front flides and how to replace them

Then look at your element, you may see a broken element wire.

If a broken heating element wire isn't obvious, You would need a volt/ohm meter to diagnose it:
Frigidaire, White Westinghouse, Magic Chef, Maytag Performa Dryers, common repair info, no heat, noises, how to take apart

Here's the heating element assembly for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 131553900

Here's also the repair manual for your model you can print out the sections you need to:
