So when you start it, any sound at all?
Turn the drum with your hand without clothes, it should turn semi-freely both ways.

Electrolux GLER331AS1 won't spin
When I press the "start" switch, I can hear the motor. The drum will not spin.
The drum turns freely by hand in one direction.

Ok, if the motor is running and the drum is not, it sounds like the belt broke.
But you need to open your dryer first to see if thats the case.
This link shows how to open your dryer(UNPLUG YOUR DRYER FIRST):
White-West, Frigidaire repair info, how does the dryer come apart, front flides and how to replace them
That drum should turn both ways, so you may have something else going on too. Once you have the drum out, turn the motor pulley or blower wheel both ways.
Here's the belt for your model you can order here:

Ok, because if you hear the motor running but the drum not turning then its likely a idler pulley issue if the belt isn't broken. If the motor is just humming and not running, then its likely a bad motor.
I open the dryer door, have someone hold the door switch in, then I hold the start button and turn the drum with my hand, if it starts turning on its own, its definitely a bad motor.
