Default lights and digital temperature display stopped working

    Model Number: PLHS69EESS9
    Brand: Frigidaire

Recently my digital temp display, fridge, and freezer lights all stopped working. Fridge and freezer cool perfectly, the lights on the door for ice and water work fine too. Any idea what I can do to find the problem or, better yet, know what the problem is?

    Thank you so much,

    Dennis

By the way, I did check the freezer and refridgerator door switches and they both have continuity.

Yes, you would need this part, your temp. display control board:
    Manufacturer's Number: 5303918340

Ouch....no less than $130 bones....I can understand why this part could fix the temp display, but why does it effect the door lights in the freezer and and fresh food areas? Is there a way for me to bypass the control board to get the lights working again? It doesn't seem that important to have a temp display, is it???

    Thanks,

    Dennis

Yes Dennis I know the price is not cheap, but that controls your door lights as well, no way to by-pass that I'm aware of.
