The water/ice dispenser lights on my FRS26R4AW1 side by side began to not work, so I would shake the ice tray and it would turn back on and dispense water and ice. Then, that would not work, so I would leave the freezer door open for a few seconds or a minute. Then, that would not work. Over a year or so, nothing works on the water/ice panel dispenser. However, the ice machine works fine. The door switch is not the problem, because I removed it and jumped the power to the water dispenser and the light/dispenser still did not work. The problem began as soon as we bought the unit 3 years ago.

Its possible you will need a new power board and the main dispenser control board.
