    Another update:

I sent multiple emails to Frigidaire - and I mean multiple. I was frustrated (still am) and let them know how frustrated I was. I was blown off several times and I kept copying / pasting past emails to the next one I would send requesting that someone call me and talk to me personally. No one did. I kept emailing and asked the emails be forwarded up the chain until it reached someone who cared or would call me. No one called. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. The next day I got an email from Frigidaire stating they were reviewing my case for replacement. (Almost 3 months of this) I finally got a call Wednesday of this week saying they were replacing it and I would be contacted by the distributor in 2-3 days. I called today (Saturday) to ask the distributor if he had heard anything from Frigidaire about this and he said no. So, we're moving - maybe toward getting a new refrigerator. I plan to call Frigidiare on Monday morning to see why they never contacted the distributor like they said they were going to. Still frustrated, but I have a glimmer of hope to finally be able to resolve this.

I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office.
See how fast Frigidaire responded after you did that?

Now you need to follow up with that compliant with the State Attorney Generals Office, saying that Frigidaire did respond but have failed to comply fully to what they said they were going to do.

Don't give up, your halfway there.

It is done. Frigidaire replaced the old refrigerator and had a new one delivered. It's making ice as of right now - let's hope it stays that way!
