Frigidaire Gallery Electric Convection Range
I have a Frigidaire Gallery self clean, convection range that is just 5 1/2 years old. The digital control for the oven, clock etc. just suddenly quit working. I had a repair man and he tells me that I need an new module which will cost me $250.00 plus labor of $150 to install it. I paid more for this range than I have ever paid because I thought I was getting a top quality appliance. I cannot believe that an electronic module would only last 5 1/2 years. Of course, the warranty was for 5 years and just expired. The Model is CFEF369JHSI Serial# NF90415977. I cannot find any information on how to contact Frigidaire in regard to this. I would like to write the president to let him know how ripped off I am after having spent so much money for this range. If it was 10 years old I would not mind spending the money to repair it. A range in this price range should not require repairs after only 5 years! Has anyone else had this problem? How can I find out who to contact at Frigidaire?
