Default FDB421RFS4 Frig Dishwasher

Tenant complains that this dishwasher often requires her to go through whole cycle twice to get dishes clean (has lived several years). Filter clear and unit seems to run OK to me, but I didn't bring any dirty dishes with me. Any idea as to what the problem could be, assuming that there is one? Unit is 6 years old. Frigidaire model FDB421RFS4.

Yes, I have replaced many of these pump motor assemblies due to poor wash-ability issues.
