Default Dryer Stains Clothes

I have a Frigidaire Dryer in a home I just purchased. I have determinded that it is staining my clothes. The clothes get pinched between the drum and the front case and end up with a brown stain. It seems like the drum may have too much play in it, but I am not sure. The unit is a Heavy duty Model FDE336RES2. Can I fix this problem? Thanks for any help.

Yes, it sounds like your front felt glides are likely worn out causing that gap.

New felt/glide assembly should fix it.

Here is the one for your model you can order:
Front upper felt glide pad with nylon glides
