Default frig isnt cooling

i have frigidaire model# GLRT13TEB and it turns on and i can hear it humm a little so i think its on, the fans on the inside seem to be working correctly, but its not cooling or at least barely, im kinda new to friges so i could use all the help i can get, what to check? thanx have a great day

Check to see if there is a frost build-up in the inside of the freezer on the back panel, if not then take the temperature of the freezer, it should be between 0-10 degrees. If its not, then its likely the compressor is shot.
