Lots of Freezer problems all at once!
Our Frigidaire Gallery Series freezer is going on 2 years old. All of a sudden, we began to have A LOT of problems. It began with the ice not dispensing properly. It would make lots of noise but nothing would come out. A further look in the freezer showed huge clumps of ice, almost like they were melting somewhat in the container and sticking together. We checked the evaporator fan, and once that was blowing, we thought we had the problem solved. Nope, We still have huge chunks of ice, so the part of the ice maker that moves the ice to the dispenser moves ALL the ice, instead of a piece at a time to the front. Also, water is leaking from the water/ice dispenser part on the outside down the front of the refrigerator. We tried flushing the line, but we still have a pretty substantial leak there. Lastly, the water dispenser has started to randomly dispense water on its own. I told my husband that I noticed it doing it one time when I heard the water line cut on to fill the ice cube trays. All of a sudden, at the same time, water started pouring from the water dispenser, like there was a cup in front of it holding it down. It lasted approximately 4 seconds before cutting itself off. As you can see, we are having lots of problems and have no clue what to do. Any help is definitely appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Followup to this. My husband took the ice out and it seems to be a steady drip from the bottom of the icemaker causing this problem. When the ice tray is not there, the water drips onto the top shelf? How do we fix this leak???

Hi,
Whats the model# of your refrigerator? its located inside the refrigerator on the left, right or ceiling walls.
You will need quite of few parts to fix these problems, like a new ice maker/water inlet valve and dispenser switch/control board.

model # for the frigidaire
Model # for our fridge is GLHS66EB0. What parts do you think we need to fix this problem?
Do we need a whole new ice maker? or water inlet valve?

Is there, by chance, a repair guide to help us repair these, or do we need professional help?

Please check your model# again, that number doesn't show as good.
If you have fixed other things around your house, it should be a problem.
Here is the official repair manual for your model that would be a good idea to order:
