Question PLDB998CC0 Won't drain

My PLDB998CC0 won't drain or clean the dishes very well, at the end of the cycle there is a lot of water covering the heating element. I checked the main (big) motor and impeller and all looks fine, no broken parts or blockage. I put 110VAC to it and it spins really good. I checked the (small) drain motor and it also seems to check out well. The drain hose is fine with no kinks.

Sometimes when it runs the it will take a while to water to start filling the tub, there will also be times when it is difficult to enter settings.

Any advise on what to do next? It's just over 5 years old.

Thanks.

Default PLDB998CC0 Won't drain

Thanks but this just talks about faulty impellers and pumps which does not appear to be my problem.

Do you have any other advise?

The water shouldn't be covering the element when you open the door to look in, so I would first take your drain hose off from under your sink, get a bucket and put your drain hose in it and start it in drain, it should have a good strong flow, does it?

You may also have a bad control board if its not going into the settings sometimes.
