Default Frigidaire Gallery D/W FDB949GFS2 Spray Arm Problem

The bottom spray arm will not stay seated on the D/W. At some point it came off and was melted a little on each side by the heating element.

I downloaded the parts list and cannot figure out what holds the spray arm on. If I pull out the lower basket, I can lift the spray arm, glass trap, spray arm support filter out. I figure I need to replace the spray arm, but need to find out if I am missing something. Is the spray arm held in place by the bottom of the basket?

    Thanks.

You have the center of the arm that goes own into the middle.. on each side of the center tube on arm are 2 clips that lock it down onto item #62 see below
