Default Frigidaire Dryer Model #FEQ1442CES0-Only turns when selected to no heat

My electric dryer just quit working. When I tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't. If I select "no heat" the drum will turn. If I select any heat setting, the drum will not turn and I get flashing lights. I tried reading the codes and got an error code of 95. I have no reference to this code. Following a repair book and on-line sites, I have tested the Safety Thermostat and the Thermal Limiter. Both have 0 ohms. I tested the Control Thermistor and, according to the wiring diagram, should have go about 50 k ohms. I got 58 k ohms. I am guessing this is normal. What could be wrong

Default More Troubleshooting

I took apart the control panel. Heater relay #2 and the red wire going to it were melted some. Maybe this is the problem?!!

Take off your bottom access panel in front below your door, there should be a service sheet on the inside cabinet that will tell you what that error code means.

They have had some problems with the main control board on these models.
