Default NG to LP conversion problem

I have a new Frigidaire Affinity gas dryer that i converted over to propane [pck2003 LP conversion kit].
problem: when the dryer is heating, the flame will blow out just for a moment and re-lite....soon as it blows out i hear a buzzing [coils?]for a couple seconds. Adjusting the air shutter has no affect aside from how the flame looks [burns]. It's just as if a pocket if air blows out every 10-15 seconds during the heating cycles. I've ruled out air since it's been in use about 2 weeks now.
LP supplier said there regulators are preset at 11" water column pressure so it meets the 11-8" range.
Any ideas? is this normal?

Thanks

Default ng/lp

Jake, I might just do that....I was able to quiet it down by closing the air shutter abt. half way, however I would say I'm boarderline on the air/gas mixture [just alittle too yellow]. I'll try a couple loads a see what happens...

Ok, sounds good, let us know the outcome either way.
