Default GE Triton Model #EDW4000G03WW won't drain

Greetings All:

I have a GE Triton Model #EDW4000G03WW and it is not draining. I have read many posts and I am not sure which type of model this one is as far as what I should check next.

I have checked the drain hose to the garbage disposal and it is clear. I checked the sump entrance screen and there was some stuff there from the water but just small food particles. I took it off anyways and sucked all of the water out. I also sucked all of the water out of the drain hose. I then put some clean water in the sump and sucked it back out through the drain hose.

So it sounds like this plunger thing but this model does not seem to have a self cleaning option so I am a little confused. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
Dan
