We have a 15-20 year old GE fridge with the freezer on top. I couldn't find any model #.
Lately I've notced the there is a problem with the freezer. I placed a thermometer inside and noticed the the temp will move from 0 to 20 degrees through the day. The temp control is set to max cooling for both sections. TIA |

Hi,
First thing to do is make sure the condenser coil underneath is clean and clear of dust/lint/pet hair. Then make sure all the fans are running good, and that there is no frost build up on the freezer back panel. This link will give you more details: http://www.applianceaid.com/frig_notcold.html Jake
