Error Code flashing on external control panel
Help. Yesterday, yes yesterday, received new GE Profile bottom freezer refrigerator. After installing and plugging in an error code flashes on the exteranl control panel. code flashing is Pc Er. We've tried unplugging (per GE service) and same problem. anyone else ever experience this? Refrigerator and freezer are both cold and appear to be work. It is also making ice. Not sure about water dispense since we can't use the control panel.

Sounds similar but slightly different than my problem:
GE bottom freezer problems: can't adjust temp
My repair guy is coming by friday to inspect the motherboard and display board. I'm gonna tell them to get me new ones.
My unit is working, just can't adjust anything.
