Default GE WPSE4200A0WW Won't Spin

This is very similar to another posting but it seems that this machine does complete its cycle normally. Machine won't operate in spin mode. Machine will filll with water, agitate, drain water but will not operate/engage spin cycle - can hear a sound like water pump or a motor rotating operation during entire spin cycle. This is a 6 years old machine. Any thoughts and pointers to a maintenance manual since I have not opened the case for lack of instructions.

Hi,

Then once you take off the front panel, you will be able to see the motor in the front and the belt, check to see if the motor is turning the belt first.
