Default DDG7980G Won't Stay On

So my dryer has been doing some strange things lately. When I would go to start it it would be extremely loud and would not stay powered on when I released the start button. I would hold the button down and eventually (about 30 seconds) the dryer would power off and not turn back on when I hit the start button. After about 10 minutes I could turn it on with no issues. After a few days like this I got a burning smell from the dryer and it blew the fuse in my house. Now when I go to turn it on it still won't stayed powered on unless the start button is depressed, it's normal as far as sound, same issue with not staying powered on unless I hold the start button for a while. But, the drum won't turn. If there's nothing in the dryer I can get the drum going by turning it myself to start it but once there's clothes in it, nothing.

Thanks. The dryer is probably 10 years old, it was here when I moved in. How hard is it to replace the motor/what tools are required?

Thanks again
