Default hot point fresh food not cooling

I have a problem with a hotpoint refrigerator, It is a single speed compressor, electronic controlled side by side. The original complaint was the fresh food side was not cooling. I found the evap. fan motor was not on. I replaced the fan and control board. the fan motor comes with a thermister that replaced the one that mounts on top of the evaporator. The fan was running when I left and the problem seemed to be fixed. The customer reported that the fresh food was still not cooling. All door switches checked out ok no lights are staying on . The damper which also comes with a thermister was then replaced. The third thermister at the bottom of the freezer section was also replaced. The fresh food side is still not cooling. Oh yes the control board was replaced a second time, but the problem persists.

Look at the evaporator coil inside the freezer, all the coils should have a thin layer of frost on them, if not, then you have a bad compressor.

Whats the model# of this refrigerator?
