Default GE Monogram Stove Slow to Heat

I own a GE Monogram Dual Fuel Stove Model #ZDP36N4RH5SS and since installation it has been, in my opinion, slow to heat up.

It is typical for this stove to take 20 minutes to preheat to 400 F in either the Bake or Convection setting? I have used the stove multiple times with the same results. I called GE and they basically could not give me an answer. Has anyone else had the same experience?

The only thing I can think of is that there is not enough current running to the stove. In order to have the stove installed, I had an electrician run a 220 line. He has confirmed that there is 220 running to the stove.

Any input or suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks

Unfortunately, I really don't know, I've never worked on one of these before.

If you recently purchased it, you have a 1 yr. warranty on it, contact GE to have a tech. come out to see if something is wrong.

Or Try here, they have more techs. that may have run into this issue before:

I'll also ask GE Jim to see if he knows.
