Default Burned out Bulb

I have a GE microwave model #JE 1590SH01. It works fine but there is no interior light and I assume that the bulb is burned out. How do I replace it?

The bulb is easy enough to replace as I outlined in a recent post Kitchenaid Microwave no Cavity Light from my blog. The cavity lamp in your microwave is mounted very similar to the one in my post so take a look at the photo to kind of guide you along. The cabinet will need to be removed which requires a T-20 Torx and Phillips bit screwdrivers. It will then be pulled toward the rear revealing the interior components. Make sure the power is disconnected and do not touch the high voltage section. Put it all back together opposite the way it came apart and you should be good.
