Default [FIXED] Jake-Need some help with diagnosis

GE Model GSD5330D03WW
Serial RA787431B

Some of the buttons on the touch panel are not working. Is there a way to test the control switch assembly to make sure that is the issue?

I believe this is the one that I need.

It has been a while since I have been here. You helped me diagnose and repair my Kenmore Calypso machine a couple of years ago and it has given me flawless service ever since.

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks Jake.

The problem with the dw is that the Pots and Pans and the Normal Wash buttons do not work. I don't get any beeps or LED indicators. The buttons from Light Wash to the Start all work fine.

Do you think it could be the control switch assembly?

Yes, thats what I would order.

Don't worry, if you click that link you posted above and order it you have a special 30 day return policy for a full refund, even if you installed it and it didn't fix it, you can just un-install it and return it for a full refund.
