My Ge washer door os locked while that door is open and will not unlock to allow the door to be closed. I have tried the unplug for 30 seconds and plug it back in. The door makes the clicking noise like it is trying to unlock or lock, but it remains locked and door locked light remains locked. Any suggestions what i can do next.

Hi Nate,

It sounds like your control board is bad.

You should have a tech. data sheet inside the bottom front behind the lower access panel that you can check too, GE doesn't provide online tech. data sheets I can post for you.
