Question Ge profile washer/dryer unstacking

Hi, I have the GE profile WPXH214A0WW (washer) and DPXH46GF0WW (dryer), there were stacked and are now unstacked and mounted to pedestals. The top to the washer was saved, but the technician disposed of the brackets to the top of the washer. What parts do I need to reattach the top of the washer?
