Jake.

I changed plunger and chamber, but the water after the cycle still does not drain what will be the next thing i need to do?

Ok,

It sounds like that solenoid may be the culprit. If you can get a flashlight and watch the solenoid to see if it moves the flapper when it goes into a drain cycle.

Also try to move the flapper up and down to see if it moves freely.

Here's the solenoid/flapper assembly for your model:
