Default GE Profile French Door/Bottom Freezer not staying cold

The bottom freezer on our GE Profile (PFS22SBSCSS) is not staying cold. A couple of days ago, we noticed it was at 16 degrees. We hit the Turbo Cold and it went back down to 0. Then today...same problem only the Turbo Cold doesn't seem to be working to fix it.
The freezer has now climbed to 27 degrees and the fridge is up to 47 degrees.

Is there anything easy we can check ourselves before calling in a repair person? There is no frost in the back of the freezer section (there was earlier - a snowy frost but it's all melted now).

The fridge isn't making any strange noises. It's only about three years old.

Did you notice if your refrigerator was running when the temps were rising?

It may be the motherboard, as GE has had alot of issues with this going bad.
