Default [FIXED] side by side fridge not cooling

we have a ge side by side model GSS25TGM. The freezer side stopped cooling we had water under coming out from under refridgerator. The next day fridge side stopped cooling. We pulled it out and cleaned under got dog hair and dust out. Fans working but no cold air. About 6 months ago we had an issue with freezer side found a line was frozen and thawed it out with a hair dryer and has worked since then, although we started getting water draining noise when we closed the fridge door. The fridge has been off for over 12 hours so not sure can check for frost on back coils at this point.
I've read several of the threads most talk about mother boards or defrost themostate. Any suggestions where to start
JW

Hi JW,

Did you notice if the compressor in the back was running while the condenser fan next to the compressor was turning? And the freezer fan was blowing? but not cold air?

Possibly the motherboard yes.

I would need the complete model#, the model# tag should be located inside the refrigerator section on the upper walls or ceiling.

model # GSS25TGMFWW Serial # HD458749

The compressor is running along with the fan. Yesterday the freezer fan seemed to be blowing. Today nothing.

Ok, then yes your motherboard is bad.

Here's the motherboard for your model you can order:
Manufacturer part number WR55X10942 is RepairClinic item number 1531075
WR55X10942

If you purchase parts from our links here and you install them and it doesn't fix the problem, you have a 30 day full refund when you return them.

You would need to pull your refrigerator out from the wall, its #801 here, It should have a metal cover, just take the cover off and you will see it(Unplug your refrigerator first):
