the washer will fill up 1/2 to 2/3 full of water...and then start draining...no wash, no aggitate, nothing...just drain Help

So the drain pump motor doesn't even come on either, just starts draining on its own?
If thats the case, then you have the drain hose is to low and its siphoning the water out. The drain hose has to come up to the top of the washer then loop into your drain standpipe. Jake
