GE Profile DW - Start/Reset button unresponsive
We have a GE Profile Dishwasher which is less than 2 years old. Recently its electronic control panel started acting up. It would randomly switch to various washing modes. I turned the circuit break on/off hoping to reset the system. But now the Start/Reset button has become unresponsive. Last time after several attempts and patience it worked once. It is stuck again. No matter how much or how long you press the button, it just wouldn't start. There doesn't seem to be any electronic reset buttons for the panel and there is no help in the manual either.
Can some help us please?
Thanks,
ANS

same problem here...just want to make sure. can't afford the circuit board, so hoping it's the keypad.
GE profile Model # PDW9800N00WW
buttons work to the left of center, but none on the right side...including (and most importantly) start/reset. we did have some sort of major power surge about the same time it stopped working. have tried switching breaker off, to no avail.
does that sound like a keypad issue??
thanks in advance for your time & expertise!
