    Default GE Profile Refrigerator has ice build up

    Model Number: PSCS5TGXAFSS
    Brand: GE
    Age: 1-5 years

    My refridgerator has ice build up at the bottom inside of the fridge and water got into the "express chill" drawer. Can someone help me please thanks!

    There is a drain trough under the evaporator that is probably blocked. You'll need to use a hair dryer to defrost it and clean it out. If you're not having any cooling issues in the fresh food section, that's most likely all it is.
