Default Profile / artica water dispenser leaks

    Model Number: PSC23SGPASS
    Brand: GE
    Age: 1-5 years

    Hi,

We just bought a home with the GE Profile with an Artica water dispenser.

We appear to have a leak around the front faceplate of the unit. If a little water gets in the grooved bottom of the unit, regardless of how well you think you've gotten the water out, it will leak out and down the front of the unit. Since the unit is stainless steel, this results in constant water stains.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Your missing 4 digits after the "G" at the end of your model#, click here to locate your full model#: Appliance Parts at RepairClinic. 125 Brands. 365 Day Returns.

It looks like your getting constant drip from the water dispenser, do you see that dripping?

That would cause the water to run down the front of the door.

    Thanks Jake.

    The full model number is
    PSC23SGPASS.

We initially thought the leak was just when we dispensed water, but it now looks like it might be a constant drip. Any suggestions on how to repair it?

    Thanks much,

    Scott
