Question GE Artica Profile Side by Side (fridge shutting down)

    Hi,

Model # PSI23NGP* (G.E. ARTICA PROFILE side by side)

    Approx. 4 years old

On 2 seperate occasions within the last 30 days, it appears the fridge side has shutdown and spoiled our food. We started it back up using turbo cool and then everything seems fine for a few weeks.

At first we thought our son had changed the temperature by accident but now we are not so sure

Any thoughts on what is causing this and should we have someone look at it?

    Ed

Yes, its possibly your motherboard causing this.

Its a good idea to get GE out to look at it.
