Default water leaking from top of freezer GE side by side

Hi,

I have water leaking from what it seems right below the icemaker of my GE GSS25SGPASS. Based on other postings and a technician that checked it I replaced the icemaker. I still have the problem. The technician also mentioned something about the water fill valve, but I don’t see this part for my model.fficeffice" />>>

Looks like it was an overfill problem, since I could track the ice clumps to the ice bin. It takes a long time before I can see water on the bottom of the freezer, or on the water dispenser tray. Is this a common problem, and can I fix it myself?

Yes, it sounds like a new water inlet valve would fix it. Its located in the back of your refrigerator, your water supply line hooks-up to it:
